(hereafter referred to as “COSB” or “we” or “our” or “us”) are issuing this Notice to all of our customers or prospective customers that we care about the privacy of your personal data. The moment you start dealing with us, in order to ensure that the packages, services or products requested by you or entered into our system can be executed smoothly and effectively, we will ask for your personal data. v. we will not be able to contact any emergency referral in case of an emergency.

We may disclose or share your personal to the parties involved in the process and handling the package or services requested by you to the following parties: -

i. statuary bodies regulatory authorities or government where we had to or required to do so under the instructions of the law or court order, for example, the Ministry of Tourism, customs and others;

ii. professional bodies such as audit and accounting firms, lawyers, insurances providers or financial agents such as banks and credit card companies; and

iii. our partners or contractual services providers of our company e.g., other travel agents, resorts, hotels, ferry companies, tourism bus providers and others.
